1) Add two Directors (for a total of 3)
2) Incorporate in the State of Vermont
3) Apply for Federal 501(c)(3) Status

2007
1) Await Federal 501(c)(3) Status (Note: Received 501(c)(3)status September 5,2007)
2) Start Organization (publish website, print letterhead, open bank account, Post Office Box, etc)
3) Make public announcements
4) Begin accepting donations
5) Organize first traveling exhibit
2008
1) Continue fundraising.  Pursue grant writing.
3) Purchase art, artifacts, etc. as they come up for sale.
4) Search for a temporary or permanent home.
5) Continue to organize traveling exhibits.
6) Hold local meetings to convey our vision and to take public comment and ideas.
7) Refine ten-year business plan, detailing plan for 2009, 2010 and 2011 based on local, national and international community input.
8) Celebrate the 70th Anniversary of Tasha Tudor's first published book.
2009
1) Add two Directors (for a total of 5)
2) Purchase a temporary or permanent home. 
3) Renovate or build building(s).
4) Hire first paid staff.
2010
1) Add two Directors (for a total of 7)
2) Open the first exhibit in the Tasha Tudor Museum.
3) Open Tasha Tudor Museum Cafe and/or Tea House. (Snap's Bakery)
